PRODUCTION TIME

All items are handmade by one person, thus production times are subject to change. Orders ship from southern California, so the items destination will determine time in transit.

The current production time for orders before shipment is typically one to two weeks. Sometimes sooner, but this is subject to change. Most individual listings will have more information if it's different from the one to two week time frame. 

SHIPPING

Orders are typically sent via USPS First Class, and currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Orders placed outside of the United States and Canada is subject to cancellation.

Double Check Your Mailing Info

Orders are sent to the address provided. If an order is returned due to a wrong address, customer will be responsible for additional shipping to resend order.

RETURNS AND REPAIRS

All sales are final. Though repairs are possible in most cases if something malfunctions which makes your item(s) not work as intended. Please get in contact at contact@support.neondragonchains.com if you encounter any issues with your chainmaille to troubleshoot the problem and find a resolution.

Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
